Kurt® Workholding’s Manual Cluster Towers are designed for use with mid-size and larger CNC machining centers, including horizontal and vertical machining centers with a fourth axis and/or indexable tables. Available in 4-inch and 6-inch jaw widths and bases ranging from 300 mm to 630 mm wide, these manually operated, 4-sided towers are capable of producing up to 7,460 lbs. of clamping force at just 70 ft-lbs. of torque. They provide 8 clamping stations and exceptional workpiece immobility while dampening cutter-induced vibration. Ductile iron column construction ensures strength, rigidity, and long term accuracy.

- Aluminum Soft Jaws: Machinable aluminum soft jaws. 4-inch jaw height: 1.4″  /  6-inch jaw height: 1.9″
- 2.5 Aluminum Soft Jaws: Taller 2.4″ machinable aluminum soft jaws. Only available on 6-inch jaw towers.
- Cast Iron Soft Jaws: Machinable iron soft jaws. 4-inch jaw height: 1.4″ Â / Â 6-inch jaw height: 1.9″
More features
A self-adjusting holding block on either the front jaw or back jaw allows easy clamping on similar or varying-sized parts. To provide faster operation, an adjustable pre-load feature reduces the number of handle turns required for opening and closing the clamping stations.
