Introducing Kurt Workholding’s new 96 mm zero-point pallet system. The new quick-change bases are designed for use with Kurt PFW 5-Axis Vises but can also be used with any vise with a 96 mm mounting option. A set of four pull studs is included along with a 3/8 inch hex wrench.
Designed to be an asset for small shops or scalable for large enterprise applications, the 5-axis modular vise and pallet system allows a shop to make a minimal initial investment and add more Kurt vises and pallets as needed. Zero-point mounting with a common pull-stud pattern across the Kurt lineup ensures ongoing product compatibility.
Zero-point pallets are not predrilled for mounting locations—allowing users to custom drill holes for their machine application. For a nominal fee, Kurt’s Custom Engineered Workholding team can drill and counterbore mounting holes. Contact CEW for a quote.
