The NEW TL6SCS TriLock with CARVESMART™ 6-inch short vise is part of the revolutionary vise lineup transforming modern workholding. At only 19 inches long, the new short model, fits a wide range of small machine tables from Haas, Mazak, Brothers and more. With the short body design and through-body mounting for 125 mm or 100 mm T-slot spacing, it’s possible to mount as many as 4 vises on a single machine table with the potential to hold 16 or more parts at once.

TL6SCS 3-in-1 TriLock Design
TriLock vises are designed to quickly transform between three vise configurations: a single-station vise large enough for a 2.82-inch part, a double-station vise with as much as 2.82-inches of part capacity on each side, and a large or a large single-station vise that can hold parts as large as 8.88-inches wide. The friction block or “Third Hand” feature allows the nut and screw assembly to move freely within the base of the vise while cleaning or changing vise configurations. This feature also works on horizontal machines and is especially useful for TriLock with CARVESMART Towers.
