Description

Kurt provides many Fuel Injector Component Gage Stations for value bodies, injector tubes, valve seats and other critical components. These gages are typically manually loaded bench-top type systems used for production SPC analysis. Kurt has provided robotically loaded gage stations also. The Kurt Fuel Injector Component Gage Stations can measure a multitude of critical tight tolerance part features within 30 seconds or less. These stations often include dynamic part rotation to capture runouts and other critical dimensions.

The KurtSPC Premium software provides real-time feedback to the line operator and can be programmed to provide closed loop feedback to the machine tools or stop the line in certain fault conditions. Data can be stored locally for review and/or exported directly on a network.
