Standard Sine Keys

Sine Keys consist of a precision dowel with a rectangular base. This allows the sine key to precisely locate into 0.625” dowel holes in the bottom of newer Kurt vises. The rectangular base is then used to locate the vise into table T-slots. Each sine key fits two T-slot sizes, and comes assembled with an O-ring around the dowel section that prevents the sine key from sliding out of the dowel hole. Sine keys are an easy to use, fast, and accurate tool for locating and mounting Kurt vises.

Kurt Vise models that use sine keys include: DX4 and DX6 series, 3400, 3600 and 3800 series, HD690 series, XL6 series, HDL4 and HDL6 series and HDM6 series.
