This kit is compatible with vises manufactured before October 2026. Those models feature a brush seal and counter bore diameter of 1.625″ with a brush seal that is stake peened in place (see image).
NOTE: If brush seal is not stake peened in place, your vise will require a DX6-KIT instead.
This brush seal is stake peened in place.
