MaxLock HP440D Multi-Axis AngLock Vise

Kurt Workholding’s MaxLock HP440D 5-axis self-centering vise is designed with less jaw deflection than most comparable models, thanks to our unique lift-control system. Three-tier dovetail jaws, manufactured from 4140 pre-hardened steel, offer multiple clamping locations: at the bed, at mid-jaw, and at the top of the jaw. Specially engineered to provide high clamping forces with repeatability within ±0.0005”.
We offer the MaxLock HP440D self-centering vise in three lengths: 5”, 7”, and 9”. The centerline is easy to adjust to worktable rotation. For greater versatility, jaws are reversible for I.D. and O.D. clamping without losing clamp force. HP440D vises are easy to integrate into new or existing automated cells and gaging systems.
