Flat Table Vacuum Pods
NEMI offers the best of two worlds! This vacuum pod base features the flexibility of flat plate pod location and placement while maintaining the versatility of interchangeable tops offered on our standard slider pods. These vacuum pods can be configured for individual use as well as daisy chaining. Pods ship with 8mm fittings unless otherwise specified. *NOTE: Tops not included. Refer to slider pod replacement tops. Example P/N 738-3.
