	Kurt Product: Tombstone w/MLH35 Machine: 400mm HMC Customer: OEM Machinery Builder Comment: Two double MLH35/face. Stationary and movable jaws were carved to nest part. Vektek pallet disconnect and valve system.

	Kurt Product: Tombstone with hydraulic clamping Machine: 400mm HMC Customer: Tier One Automotive Supplier Comment: Dedicated fixture for throttle body. Spring loaded tapered pins locate the part, hydraulic swing clamps secure part. Faceplates for each face are removable for flexibility, all hydraulic passages are internal, rotary coupling for hydraulic on top. Total of 14 fixtures built.

	Kurt Product: Tombstone with hydraulic clamping Machine: 400mm HMC Customer: Major Hydraulic Component Supplier Comment: Dedicated fixture for valve body, four parts "A" load and four parts "B" load. Spring loaded tapered pins locate the part, hydraulic cylinders secure part. Parts are preloaded by wave washers, all hydraulic passages are internal, includes pallet disconnect valve on each face. Total of 8 fixtures built.

	Kurt Product: Tombstone with hydraulic clamping Machine: 400mm HMC Customer: Major Marine Supplier Comment: Dedicated fixture for aluminum die casting, 3 parts per side with access for 4-sided machining. Machining access provided through the column. Hydraulically activated workstop swings away to allow machining.

	Kurt Product: SeraLock Tower w/ML35 Machine: 400mm HMC Customer: Large Job Shop Comment: 3 parts/face, movable and stationary jaws index on .0625" serrations.

	Kurt Product: SeraLock Tower w/ML35 Machine: 400mm HMC Customer: Hydraulic Component Manufacturer Comment: 4 parts/face, movable and stationary jaws index on .0625" serrations. Parts are separated by carbide coated spacers clamped to tower after vise is clamped.

HMC Applications Examples - WedgeLock
	Kurt Product: SeraLock Tower w/2" WedgeLock Machine: 400mm HMC Customer: Hydraulic Parts Manufacturer Comment: 3 parts/face, movable and stationary jaws index on .0625" serrations. Two WedgeLocks are used sided by side. Movable jaw "double"-clamps both ways.

	Kurt Product: 2" WedgeLock Machine: 2" wide, 1.625" high, built in step. Mounts in 11/16 t-slot with 1/2-13 SHCS. Indexes on .0625" serration. Movable clamps both ways (two parts), stationary jaw has built in step and also works two ways (part on two sides).
